dunno where u guys are gettn these hits from but keep it up! and please i'm looking for a song n i don't know the title or the artist...i think the chorus goes something like ' eba welembi oo ya kam nacho'....
Hi Egwugwu, Are you sure about that? I like to be accurate so maybe I need to change this. I got this song from the cassette version of Prince Nico's "Sweet Mother" album. But song credits get mislabeled all the time as we all know. Is there some way to verify who the artist is?
Prince Nico Mbarga was an african, dats was matters. We africans shd first see ourselves as african before any so called nationality dat we have. Saying he's from Cameroun or Nigeria does not really matter. We Africans dont see ourselves as one even when people see us as africans. This won't help us at all. Africa is africa does not matter your place or location. Be you from Jamaica, Haiti, Belize or Columbia see your self first as an African b4 you see ur self as a carribean or southamerican
listen people this guy is a nigeria with cameroon mother the father is a nigeria pls dont say his mother is from nigeria,so this guy is my village brother, real nigeria ok, dont change his place, so all his saying in all his music is what happen to hem
men that was our life in africa i love my home and my people abroad may be good but no place like home, if we work together our home land will be much better, our 4 father plane but we bronke it , i love africas,is my home and am pruod of it,,

Folks, Egwugwu is right. Shakara School Girl is the work of Ikenga Super Stars Of Africa, despite its similarity to the sounds of Prince Nico!

African musicians should stick to the old time music and rhythm instead of trying to americanize songs nowadays...this music is nice

Hi groovemonzter, "music line" is a song by Prince Nico (late). In it, he was narrating his own personal life.

I have six Prince Nico albums but I can't find that song :-( Do you know what album it's on? Was it a single maybe?
Do you have any other Prince Nico selections? I'll post some more Prince Nico this week. Watch for it! Cheers.
