@thehouso Yep, growing old has it's challenges, especially with weight gain, stiffer limbs & less glossy hair! Plus time goes by faster each day & responsibilities increase-- instead of decrease.

But aging is not totally bad, because you get wiser, more skilled, make higher salary & you get to share it with younger folks. Plus, it humbles you and teaches you how to appreciate your blessings, because a lot of people never make it to age 51 like me.

If you have watched the movie, when Ajax grabs Mercy was busted by The warriors, She didnt wanted to join TW she sort of got forced to become one because it was a setup to get her, and exchance her for passing theirself through the Orphans turf, read the story on the Warriors site...

as a matter of fact i have watched that movie guy and i paid good attention to every bit in that movie....if you recall when the warriors went into orphans turf, they first almost got into it but gave them a pass as long as they "came in peace",..mercy then comes out and tried to instigate and "flirt" with them by asking swan to give her his vest...then she continued to instigate and the orphans told them they had to remove their vests to walk through, they refused and walked through as mercy...

..continued to taunt them., at that point she follows them and that was when ajax grabbed her...if you pretty much "read between the lines" or in this case "watch between the lines" you'll see that she basically wanted to tag along with them., it's pretty evident too at the later scene where she and swan are walking together by themselves in the subway where she said she was "looking for something better"
