I was happy to find they have released it in Australia, but then was saddened to find they reduced it from 92 proof down to 80 proof and taken the caramel out. So made it weak and loose it's great taste.

I wont be purchasing it again.

You know, its cheaper then captain morgan, tastes better then captain morgan, has more alcohol then captain morgan, and you get a different girl with every bottle (Whereas the captain you get the same old' dude- captain morgan). hey man I just wanted to thank you....about 6 months ago I happened to come across this video and in turn, find out about Sailor Jerry Rum!! I became more interested and started reading reviews online and decided that I wanted to try it for myself and WOW...best spiced rum I've ever had!! Thanks for uploading the video. I hope this inspires other people to also give Sailor Jerry a try and who knows..maybe you'll fall in love haha

The Sailor is by far my drink of choice.. however dude!! you are hardcore!! Straight!! That stuff is 92 proof it makes me cry when I make it too strong.. I usually mix it with Diet coke or cherry coke... but I'm a sissy ;)

And I think it has more of a cherry undertone...

Maybe if I had a more ready supply I'd mix it as well, but love the taste. Wish we still had Cherry Coke over here it would go so well with it, for sure!

dont listen to dotbizzle, coke ruins the flavor. the smell you smell is cherries, i think. if you must mix that drink with coke (though its best straight) use vanilla coke. tasty shit you got there rumbaar, i think you're my favorite aussie since irwin
