@taihungben 1st stage of it are actualy real accidents that hurt, 2nd its called "reflex" and involuntary self defence like movement of the body based on muscle memory gain from stage 1. Lastly 3rd stage Skills which is a reflex but at the same time your aware of it and you can control it meaning its your decision to what sort of defence movement you will do to prevent the accident ^,..,^ this guy is already on the 3rd part of it I can tell cause I myself is the same stage.

I really admire this guy. And especially that he shows the out-takes. The success in the showreels is all the more impressive for seeing how many things can go wrong and in so many different ways.

I love watching gymnastics, tumbling, parkour. I'm a middle-aged guy who had physical and health problems all my life. And my biggest regret is that I never learned to do tumbling!

You can tell how well someone has trained by how successfully they fail without hurting themselves, if that made sense. :B
