A real true artist!!!!!! There are so so few like her!!!!!!! Why? How many people love their art so much that they are willing to dedicate themselves heart and soul to it?? To sing like this you must forget all other wordly things and dedicate yourself heart and soul to Art!! In th current generation of singers there is not even one true artist!! let us fervently hope that our next generation of singers we will have at least a few genius of this level!!!!!!

1-2 This is an exceptional recording. I believe Magda Olivero's tone is a learned taste, not discounting those people who are naturally drawn to it's beauty, and other relative antecedents. This excerpt is the perfect example of her exemplary model that places her, in my opinion, in the top ten sopranos of the twentieth century.
