You riding it as a single speed? Also, what hubs do you use on you large marge's?

Yeah, it came stock as a single speed. Bought it fully built, planning to put gears on it as soon as I get the money for it though. =)
The hubs are Surly New Hub Disc.

I run Schwalbe 2.40 Knobby Nic tires on my bike and they do great in sand and snow. Your tires make mine look like narrow road tires in comparison.
