Wow, taking a look at this video again after a few months, there's lots of inspiration.

What I really loved:

* the 3/4 revolutions at 0:43

* the 1/2 revolution hand-offs starting at 0:50

* the 1/8th breaks handing off to a 1/2 revolution break at 1:16

Lots of nice breaks in there and plenty to work on.
