You're right, but however, I make no profit out of this, and although I am sorry about the shitty quality it makes it impossible to use this particular clip in any reproduction whatsoever.

And I have bought the DVD, although I'm not really sure as to whether that will make eventual prosecutors look more mildly on my crime :p
