  • Daniel, I'm just learning the false grip on my rings. I'm having trouble keeping my wrists in the false grip with my arms at full extension. Are there any stretches you'd recommend for the wrists, elbows or shoulders beyond the ones in this video? I know I need to work on grip strength too...

  • @jimsiff It's mainly about grip strength in your case.

  • Wow. Thanks so much for this video. I over-extended my wrists bench pressing about four months ago, and recently had to stop working out due to the pain. I can't wait to see how this helps with my recovery.

    But I would add wall stretches also for strenghtening and a low pushup position without the pushups.
