  • That's just how they move when their a bit upset or disturbed other than that they slug around like a snail

  • nudibranchs are sea slugs. They have no bones at all, are highly toxic, and when not swimming like that they move along the bottom. Spanish Dancers are called that for a reason.

    not all nudibranchs are toxic. their toxicity is based upon their diet. Elysia crispata, for example eats only algae, which is why it is not toxic. Phyllidia varicosa on the other hand eats only certain species of toxic sponges, and is highly toxic. They do not produce their own toxins, it is obtained through diet.

  • naw man this is how they move. Plus nudibranchs dont have backs to break. And they dont "think". You didnt say one thing right.

    its working so hard to keep away from you because it thinks your going to kill it,

    imagine the pain it feels as it swings it's back back, and its broken back forward
