Noriko's Dinner Table is part of the trilogy, and yes it's the second one pyon. But, I think it's more of a movie to explain Suicide Circle more pyon. It may answer questions you had about Suicide Circle pyon.

I have this dvd and just to let you people know don't let anyone see this if you think they're likely to commit suicide! In my case my sister has always been thinking about killing herself, she stole my dvd and watched it and then later try to kill herself with 96 paracetomol!!! but she's okay now phew....
I'm jap but not all about money don't say it's 2 jap thing.

The first movie is better, the story of this one doesn't focus that much at the DVD. It's still pretty good though.
