  • On thing about the Great Lakes,they've been around a long time and shippijng dates back a few hundred years, so walking along a beach or wooded areas can bring up the past for sure. I will be buying a Detector again when i get back from the UK later this month. Happy Hunting..

  • We have a crystal beach in Texas too. You could try a sand scoop and a pinpointer to locate the targets faster.

  • I just ordered a minelab excalibur ii and would like to get an anderson detector shaft for it. I want to probably go with your new carbon fiber travel series but I don't know whether to get the long shaft like in the video or the shorter shaft... Any suggestions? I'm 16 years old and am 6 foot 2 if that helps. What do you recommend?

  • btw guys this stuff is very old from Canada,did u guys not know that for quite a long time us Canadians only had 1 dollar bills,and suck money as in paper etc. and obviously a metal detector cannot pick up paper bills

    That is some great finds! I did not know that canada used coins until just now. Funny how people can be so far apart but just the same.
