nzoz thanks for all the clips on here, you are a legend!!!, i could watch oz&nz music from 81-86 all day until the wife drags me off the computer!, just reminds me of being at high school in sydney in 1983!!, you wont find a more passionate pom lover of oz rock than me!! cheers fom stoke-on-trent, uk
@nzoz1983 thanks 4 your reply, that made me laugh!, i dont know how i survived high school myself,!, i went to 2 high schools in perth, 2 in sydney, and 1 in queens land!!!, between 1981+1984, and being from the north west of england, made it even harder!!! but i survived!! but listening to 2JJJ, 2MMM, 2SM, got me thru it!, and watching sounds, countdown, rock arena, ect....
I have this song on a very old music cassette, recorded via microphone. Remember me on a good forgotten music time. The time of "the reflex", "industry" ,"personal column", "my mind with zorro" and "planet P-- why me" and other late identified songs.
Great band - saw them a few times in Adelaide & Melbourne at their peak. Totally underrated, I have almost all their LPs and singles and everyone I play them to like the music. I agree "Telling Me Lies" is awesome.
Wendy has a very versatile voice. Well respected in the music industry but didnt get big commercial success,by the time video became king she was probably considered to "old looking".
when we did the bubble bath scene the guys all said bloody hell shes a girl!..chris worrall of Lofven and worrall...film clip makers ..yes that is what we called them! check out "telling me lies" cheers
It's really sweet to hear from you. I've put up a lot of Chris Lofven video clips... should I also quote Worrall? Who said 'bloody hell she's a girl'? The band members or the video makers?
I haven't seen this video for over 20 years! Brilliant! BTW, you can see Wendy and hubby Paul Norton and Michael Christian every Sunday night at Hardeman's Hotel in Macauley Rd Kensington. They're fantasic.
