@kledder2 Probending is a LOT more elaborate than boxing. (Mixed martial arts + bending + a team of 3 vs. another team = something EXTRAVAGANT.) If you're really upset with it, you might as well hate the Earthbending tournament from "The Blind Bandit." (Reminds you of Wrestlemania, huh?) Relax, buddy. From what I heard, we just saw snippets of scenes from the first TWO episodes.

@kledder2 Just remember, the show will have better pacing than ATLA, so there may not be a tremendous focus on the probending. (If there IS a big focus on the sport, I'm sure it'll be for a good reason. Who knows? Maybe the "Equalists" use it to scope out different aspects of bending they're sure to encounter when they try to take over the city. Maybe that's how the rumors of their organization started: they would take out individuals from probending, when no one else was around.)
