Poppies on patrol - top times!! Best band I've ever seen live - even the reunion gigs in 2005 showed they still had it. Always refused to play this at gigs but check it out in the background of The Great Outdoors bar scene. Poppies & John Candy - two good reasons to watch the film!

Can I first apologise for my previous comment about your video 'Beaver Patrol',where I said that I wished it to be removed due to its pro-hunting message . My son, who is attending university, informed me about the real meaning behind the song. He laughed at me saying: "It's about lads going out on the sniff, Dad !"

I too was once young and attended university, though then we didn't go "out on the sniff", but politely courted our female equivalents. There was no patroling involved.
