"Aux Buttes Chaumont" is a famous place in Paris. Actually, this poster is a bit old because there is no more store there. Now it's a beautiful public garden.

So "aux buttes chaumont Jouets" means that a store in buttes chaumont sells toys.

Moreover, the park is way older than the poster, wich according to the style might be from around the middle of the 20th century, while the park was built in the second half of the 19th century...
