boy is this a nostalgia trip. i was raised on 90's nick. such great shows with memorable characters. so much imagination, adventure, and rambunctious characters. cartoons today are vapid. they all look the same and are so dumbed down because of how sensitive people have become. the content of 90's nick is now adult swim material. it's depressing to me how much times have changed.

I still remember the story of the father mouse that needed a worthy husband for his daughter. I may not remember all the potential suitors but I remember he thought the Sun should marry his daughter. The sun said the clouds were better, because they could cover him up. The clouds said the wind was better because they could push him away. The wind said the windmill was better, cause no matter how hard he blew he couldnt knock it down. Then a mouse was better cause he lived inside the windmill XD

@Ekly88 That's the exact order with the exact reasons adding that the mouse in the windmill was chewing on the wooden beams that when fully chewed would bring down the windmill, so said the windmill. Us big kids used to watch Nick Jr at day care while the little kids had naptime. This was my favorite show... and the older boys sort of bullied me for it. One day the sun was out and they all begged me to come out and play, but I wanted to watch Papa Beaver's Story Time. They said, "It's on every day! Just watch it tomorrow!" so I went outside. Well... it wasn't on tomorrow. That was the last airing. I still haven't forgiven them, and I haven't seen them in at least 13 years.

It's a classic for us, and the pictures in cartoon respect the original "draw" from different illustrators :) .My prefers was Misha the bear and "Marlaguette" . Go and listen the french opening, it's funny ;) with little beavers are laughing !!! "Père castor ! Mets tes lunettes et lis nous tout ! tout !!!"

The device I used to record this onto my laptop is the Diamond Multimedia One-Touch Video Capture for about $40-$60. It plugs into an AV & USB outlets. That's what I used.

I saw another device for $100.00 that doesn't require the computer to be on. I don't remember what it is though.
