  • who is the palyer?

  • Reminds me of Kind Diamond

  • What did Bach ever do to you??

  • amazingggg!!!

  • It's a shame for metal and classic music, and as a musician, I like both. Listen ti Epica

  • stop bullshitting and listen to the music for once.

  • The original composition on a pipe organ is a hell of a lot more metal than this.

  • @weezylone i second that

  • Y U NO HAV BASS??

  • @EminencePhront can you not hear? there is plenty of bass in there

  • @woodythewoodchuck1 I'm not referring to the instrument. I'm referring to the tinny, buzzy, trebly sound and the lack of low end.

  • @EminencePhront Agreed, the recording quality is fucking shocking.

  • I never liked heavy metal but

    that was fucking awesome

  • I never liked heavy metal but

    that was fucking awesome

  • @YouTubaEnDo Fuck ya.

  • Hard Barock :D

  • its the same fucking notes.

the genius is still there even when shrouded by distortion and ugly sounds.

it can be appreciated by those who like to listen to this style of music.

it just sounds so much better without all the unnecessary extra textures.

  • @SqueezeMyLemonBabe It's been shortened at places. Not a good idea.

  • @guyboy625

    indeed.

taking out of a Bach piece is like taking verses out of the Bible.

  • @SqueezeMyLemonBabe I think it's much worse. It breaks the the carefully balanced unity of the piece. The bible, in my opinion, doesn't have nearly as much artistic value as Bach's music, and can stand a little editing. Maybe I'm just not much of a literature appreciator, though.

  • @guyboy625 I dont like it as well, metal is about noise, speed and agressiveness, far away from real music. I don't classify metal as music, for me it is at most an attitude. Music however comprises beauty, atmosphere, detail, a palette of colours and feelings. Metal is more of a monochromatic style.

  • @afsartori

You are a fucking idiot. Metal > you.

  • @DrSmokeTrees Well, assuming that you enjoy metal, a comment such as yours is not surprising at all. An individual is at the same level of what he/she likes. The difference between my comment and your comment could be compared with the difference between classical music and metal. Just notice.

  • @guyboy625

Not much of a comparison, the bible is bullshit.

  • @DrSmokeTrees It is if you're looking for a book with true stuff in it. But it's valid literature nevertheless. I just don't think it's very good.

  • @guyboy625 Well, it depends on how you look at it, but the reason I compared them is because of a Bible verse talks about how he who takes pieces from the Book will be taken from the book, and he who adds pieces to the Book that weren't there will be also taken from the Book. I am comparing the Bible to the musical realm. Whoever made this piece will never be known as Bach was known, simply because he mis-interpreted Bach's genius, like a jackass.

  • @SqueezeMyLemonBabe

No it isn't you fucking idiot. you bible is a piece of shit, myth book, and they did take most of the OC out of it. Your bible, only dates back 1,000 years. It isn't even linked to the dead sea scrolls, which are the actual foundation of your christ cults.

All the cults of christ are bullshit. The Jews were just poor people living in a ghetto outside of Rome, making up these stories to make themselves feel better about not being the rich and powerful

  • @DrSmokeTrees Ha. am I preaching about Jesus or the new testament here?

It doesn't matter what your religious beliefs are and I'm not going to get into an argument about Biblical interpretations.

What I was referring to when I said taking a piece of out of a Bach piece is like taking a piece out of the Bible is an actual Bible verse that you would know had you read.

which is why I made the comparison to begin with, don't insult me out of ignorance.

  • why not you realize you're doing? This is an insult for Bach and all music.

Loosers with no brain and no ears.....

  • @YouTubaEnDo Why dont you stop COMPLAING and tell us one REASON why this is bad? I hate these guys who think they know everything --'

i listen both classical and metal, what's the fucking probleme?

  • oooo pesteeeeeeeeeee kkkkk (breno)

  • Sorry, though there are some classical songs that do really well when converted into a metal format (Night on a bald mountain springs to mind) I think Toccata and Fugue is one of those that just don't work. There's a contrast in the original, between the harshness of the main line, the harps and so many other varients that just putting in metal guitars and drums looses, and the song suffers for it.

  • Question:

Why do people that like Metal also like Classical?

It's just something I noticed, there's a lot of Metal Remixes of Classical pieces.

Oh, I noticed how Batch and Beethoven posed for their Paintings, they looked fucking epic.

  • @commodore256 if you combine a Classical masterpiece with the power of metal, you will get THE EPICNESS in one song

  • @commodore256 cause they are REAL music unlike pop and rap :)

  • @bumbulika1 Hey, don't Dis' the the Rap!

I've actually heard good Rap, most main-stream Music made before 1995 (including rap) was good.

    Tupac actually quoted Shakespeare!

If you wanna hear good Rap, check out independent Rap.

I've found some good stuff on jamendo and if you go there with an open mind, you'll find a few rap songs that will tickle your fancy.

I believe rap started at word of mouth, but was shoved down our throats for 20 years with no other variety from the record companies.

  • @commodore256 rap is not REAL music its not played by human but is made by computer. rock is played by real people with guitars and drums and rap? now u understand what i mean?

  • @bumbulika1 So, this isn't real music? watch?v=0AZ5XZHIDh0

But if you play it with a Violin, it's suddenly real? watch?v=phlrgUGpt38 (Castlevaina is very Boroque inspired)

I kinda get what you're saying, I wish more rap sounded like this watch?v=Z0tgheca5HM

If a real big Symphony is important to you, you might like Instrumental Rap watch?v=mkkRkVTAfuM

lol, 50 Cent called Beethoven a "Real OG", I agree with him, he was so hardcore, he continued to make music after he went deaf.

  • @bumbulika1 The computer is the instrument of the producer, just as the guitar is the instrument of a guitar player. The only difference is that the computer controls the live playing of the sound, which has been built from the ground up by the producer.

It's all music in its own right, but some just prefer some types over others.

  • @commodore256 cause metal looks A LOT with classic... not at style, but at melody

  • @commodore256

Yep, I'm loving it. But I love mixes from Arch Enemy, Rage and Stratovarius only. Others - imo SUCK.

  • @commodore256 because metal and classical are epic. beethoven made music while deaf. that's just badass.

  • @blooboy4747 Yeah, that's why 50 Cent called him a "Real OG"

  • @commodore256 because if you transpose metal into classical instrument you realize metal roots come from classical music not the pop and rap crap these days... and of course vice versa

  • @timosha21 Rap isn't always crap, I've found good rap.

    The good rap sounds orchestral.

  • @commodore256 There are some excellent rap artist out there. Some are just more difficult to find than others. Army of Pharaohs, Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Tricks, GZA the Genius, and Canibus being a few.

  • Metal already existed at Bach's times :)

  • all those classical composers wrote perfect sound for metal music!

  • The audio quality is really poor and that makes it tough to listen to what would otherwise be a rockin piece of work.

  • what program do you use for the soundtrack? :o

  • Baroque and roll?

  • You are ProRock of BaRock \m/

  • 3:22 - 3:51 Best part.

  • SOOOOOO many missing notes. Seems the guitarist isn't familiar enough with BWV 565 to perform a full transciption. Also, he's cut out about HALF(!) the piece, since it runs eight minutes. For a quality [acoustic] recording search for Philip Hii or the California Guitar Trio.

  • @Keithustus make a better one then...

  • Bach: the original metalhead.

  • @kossmikham

Yes,he uses the harmonic minor scale...most metal uses that scale as well, its a very powerfull emotional scale, evoking darkness, evil and doom.

  • @kossmikham

Some say not Bach, but Vagner ;-)

  • @VladGuardian Wagner

  • @kossmikham ahhhhhhhhhhh

  • where did you get the music xD

  • This is what Bach was trying to convey

  • great!!!

  • BaRock!

  • Ahhhhh Yngwie Malmsteen.................Incredible guitarist. Still holds the Guiness world record for the most notes played in a single second.

  • Comment removed

  • Respond to this video... This isn't Yngwie Malmsteen

  • @shiznoes Yes it is :)

  • @ThatGuyCalledPhillip It is not :)

  • @shiznoes Yeah, if it were Malmsteen there'd be a useless and tedious run every five fucking seconds lol

  • @LibertyCityMayhem95 Hahaha true that brother

  • por dios que grossos!!!

    omg you rock!!!

    greetings from argentina!

  • Frickin sweet!
