1. Log on to your email.

2. In the video i showed u how to go to your "manage account settings page".

3. Just change the everything to something new. Ex : Change the secret question, and the answer.

@noordhoek15 dont worry just change youre password try if you can still sign in if the stupid has change the password just click under the sign up thing where it saids something like "forgot your password" click it then it will come 2 options 1 is sending the pasword to a email you took when you signed in if you forgot it

and 2 security question that you typed in but if u cant remember any of thoose and he have stolen your psn account report to sony and they get your account back instantly ;)
