you don't have to use manic panic to get the color rihanna has you can use creme of nature, ragin red, i dyed my hair last week it is the same color that she has, i did not know it at the time till a friend pointed it out to me, i love it ,but from what i can see with manic panic you have to bleach your hair if you have dark hair and it fades after a while creme of nature does not. i have waist lenght hair with 2 boxes it is a fabulous red same color as rihanna's

Your hair looks good but next time for red hair dye you should use L'oreal - HiColor/HiLights -- RED! It works reallllly good I used it on my hair the other day and my hair turned out BRIGHT RED! and it was only like 6 dollars. Oh and before I forget I bought it from Sally's

I didn't even realise you had to bleach your hair before dying it red :/ guess i have a lot to learn (plus I wanna dye all my natural without a weave). my hair type is pretty similar to yours but mine gets dry quite easily... did your hair dry out more easily after you died it???

@chelsmarie09 actually no my hair didn't fall out (Big Shocker) i was scared it was but it didn't i left a conditioning treatment in for about 30 mins and it was so soft and healthy.

@chelsmarie09 i dunno if this helps i mean maybe we hav different hair texture. but ive had my hair dyed multiple times (not in one sitting of course) and it turned out fine. it DOES get dryer in my case, but not much actually fell out, or not anymore than usual anyways. but u definitely need to properly condition it and moisterize it. that's about it!

@sharless19 thank you,the color was manic panic red rock and roll.. ( i dyed my blonde weave red).. because i dyed it red i stayed full and pretty for a month, it was ultra premium yaky, it probably could have lasted longer but i went swimming so the chlorine damaged it.
