when you're in a band you suppose to steal the show from the other band members, each band member is fighting for the spotlight, not a single band member should feel that they're there to play for the singer or whatever but that they play for themselves.

I just read an interview with Zach Condon and Jason something:
Zach: This guy [pointing to Jason] signed on...and he's a friend of my brothers and he's like "I play guitar," and I'm like "I don't think that will work, but come on, join the band. We'll see what works."
it's all about the dancing dickhead...thats the spirit..everyone should be like him there..
