Back in 1979 I fell in love with Supertramp, I was a confused and frustrated 14 year old lad. I must have played Breakfast in America 100 times, Take the long way home & Goodbye Stranger were my favourites.Their music was like a detox to a jaded spirit. I was gutted Roger left the band, after his parting they were never the same again. So my dearest wish is for Roger and Rick to bury the hatchet, settle their differences and hope one day they do a world tour performing their beautiful songs.

thats not true.. i saw then live in Toronto on June12th. sure, they were WAY better with him, but they still perform enormously good, they were awesome. For a 15 year old kid sourrounded but artist like Justin Bieber, i was outstanded, it blew me away how greatly they played together. SUPERTRAMP is AWESOME, with or without the legend// LOVE EM BOTH,-- long live supertramp & roger hodgson.

I cannot believe Roger will come to Orlando in the first days of November at Epcot. Its a Europe tour with a show I will attend. Then back to Europe. I'm so blown away. Its the Food and Wine festival at Epcot, and a Roger night for me. Some folks love the Beatles and so do I and this is a classic song, my soundtrack at 14.

Take the Long Way Home is one of those rare songs that touches people on so many different levels. What a gem from Roger Hodgson. I had the good fortune of seeing him live in concert and seeing him perform this song is an experience like no other. Best concert I have ever seen. Ever.
