The maneuver is excellent, but the most incredible part of this video is the people cheering.
I've been to dozens of air shows in my life, but I've never heard people cheer.
I should move to Lithuania, or wherever this was filmed.

he is Jurgis Kairys - first class acrobatics pilot. It was performed in lithuania, kaunas 2001.
besides he flew under 10 bridges of vilnius "normal" way.
p.s. on the top of the bridge you may see mikka hakkinen's mclaren f1 car.
