You need to convert the video to a .wmv or an .avi file. I suggest you download "Media Converter SA Edition." Google up "Media Converter SA Edition" and download the converter. The converter is free. Convert the FLV video (I think you should save the file to your desktop), then go to Windows Movie Maker. Import the video into Windows Movie Maker by selecting "Import from Collections...", find the video, import it into Windows Movie Maker, and into your movie.
