@Hazardf5 - Thanks... yeah, I'd recommend at least doing over the stones going around the spinner wheel in a yellow/golden color like the real one on TV has now, if you can. The main plate looks much better/balanced with those IMO.
@Russ5144 so you've done a masterful job of re-stoning this belt Russ but i have a different customisation question. The edge / side of the metal plates are gold when they should me plated silver. Any ideas how to change that?
@Hazardf5 - I pondered this myself for a while modding it, and couldn't come up with a safe way of doing it. silver leaf doesn't match, and I wouldn't want to take mothers mag to cast plates as they are more porous and would definitely tarnish/rust over time.
I've heard of some using a foil type decal to dual plate reps, but again, I'm not sure how that would match. Another option might be to air-brush paint it, I've seen some amazing, realistic chrome jobs done on prop replicas.
@ShashayTV - Not yet, though it's just been on display. I don't really see any of them ever just falling out on their own... however, I am using pointed backs in place of flat backs for the tiny 2mm squares because I can't find crystal flat-back squares that small. So the edges on those do protrude out of the wells about 1/2mm or so, and if you caught the edge on say a cleaning cloth or something, you could pull them out with relative ease.

@TommyRanson - took a long time... a couple hours almost every night over the course of the summer. It's not something you look to "get done"... you just have to work on it a little at a time or it'll become overwhelming and never get done.
@tboysmashing - I had already done that to a standard adult size BG, but only to the 4 crystals in the crown, it looked good, but I wasn't too keen on the thin plates, so I sold it on eBay. Perhaps I'll do another if I can get an ultra for cheap; but I'd prefer to just wait and see if figs ever produces a cast version.

@tboysmashing - I don't really use facebook or any other social media sites... I really only use this youtube page to link videos to ebay auctions... but some people started asking questions about stones & paints and such; so I started posting a couple videos to help them out.
@tboysmashing - I don't know if it would be possible with a commemorative... I've never seen one in person. My gut tells me that you'd risk cracking/shattering the plastic plates during the stone removal. In order to do a 2-tone effect yourself on plastic plates... you'd probably need a good airbrushing paint kit with some mirror chrome paint and a lot of practice to make it look good.
@Russ5144 oke , the plates are pretty durable though , and you can just remove the stones with your finger if you press hard enough , im thinking og getting an adult spinner , and i'm gonna try to dk the 2 tone myself , or maybe send it 2 you , then it will not matter if you screw it up , i dont think your gonna , cuz this belt looks apsolutily amazing

I simply do these mods just to see if/how they can be done, and then share the info with others if they wish to try... there are over 2400 stones in these plates - between the materials and time it takes to do over a whole belt like this, it would probably cost more than a real hand made belt to pay someone to do this for you.
@DrPrdouctions23 With real stones and crystals, its definitely worth more than $250 for the belt.. Be realistic.. Thats even lower than the retail price of the belt itself. The replica itself retails for $369. So top it with the cost of adding real stones and crystals....
Wow Amazing...I would love to take on a project like that, I just need to know the sizes of each crystal and i'll be set. Did you have a reference in a forum somewhere or is there a size chart I can follow? I would really appreciate it lol.
@Kmorales3488 - I had no reference, I just measured the originals and figured it out as I went. I have a detailed list of sizes, but it won't fit here. PM me if you're interested.
This has gotta be the best spinner replica I've seen so far. It's going to look great on real leather. let me know if you ever find any of those yellow citrine crystals.
OMG!!!!! It shines just like the real thing now!!!!! How much did you spend on all those crystals? I really like the yellow crystals surrounding the WWE logo just like on the real one now...
@imranbecks - I don't recall exactly how much they all cost... I had some coupons, ebay bucks, etc saved that cut the cost down quite a bit... but I think they were all somewhere in the neighborhood of $150-$200.
Yeah, the yellow ones look better IMO, but they're not exact... J-mar uses "Citrine" on the real one, the closest I could find in that size was "sunflower".
@Russ5144 Cool... Didn't cost as much as I had thought at first. It looks really impressive with real crystals! So many crystals to paste individually, must have taken you a long time to get it done.. End result is well worth it. What a difference it makes... I might give it a try on mine...
