I have had very little problems

I have enjoyed this product very much

the pointing very accurate have found many objects with 100X25 binos i will try it out with my 12 LX 90 acf uhtc level north with ultra wedge. I am using it to teach kids astronomy and get them more intrested on how telescopes work and myths of viewing

Good job upgrading meade and fixing the old problems

I don't own one of these, but know someone that did and returned it because it was defective. I talked with the retailer and they said they sold hundreds of these, and at least 80% came back defective and said not to think about getting one. Just a word of warning, don't buy this product!!

MySky is a piece of trash. DON"T waste your money. Poor customer service. The buttons stick. GPS doesn't register. I will never own anything made by Meade. Absolutely junk!

Called Five times waited 2 weeks try to mine back, now they told me they dont work with their shipping department,I might need to wait another 2-3 weeks to get it. The whole thing sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Product:

I bought the Mead Sky for my husband as Christmas gift, as the price you are paying for ($399.00), more or less; you are expecting this thing would work.

Unfortunally, the screen broke after 3 times use, (without dropping, hit the hard surface).

Yet another fantastic product from Meade. I got to use a prototype at RTMC at the end of May, 2007. The unit fits in your hand, is super light weight, and was easy to figure out... even without this great intro video.
