The pay gap is a myth that is abused by politicians to get the female vote. Do you want to know why there is a gap between the average pay of men vs women. It is because on average men work longer and work higher stress and higher risk jobs.

Half of the problem is that women don't usually know they're getting paid less than men because no one talks about it. No employer ends the interview with, "Oh, by the way, we'll be paying you less because you're a woman." Women simply DON'T KNOW until it's too late, or they're afraid of speaking up because they don't want to lose their job.

People have to work, period. It's not as simple as picking and choosing what job treats you fairly. Sometimes you have to take whatever crap you can get.

out of every single study release, women always get paid less. why?

Because they don't distinguish the actual job and experience behind the worker. Say a man has been with a company for 10 yrs. Should a newly hired WOMAN make the same wage? of course not.

Also, men take higher risk jobs (men account for 95% of work place deaths) such as police or firemen and working in coal mines ect. Higher risk, more pay.

but none of these statistics mention this.

Well, the truth is that English-speaking women are the laziest in the world.They don't cook, work overtime or even take care of their kids.Romania, still a "men country" women who work like men have equal pay.My mother for instance earned 200$ more than her average female coworker.
