The best male vocalist and he can sing any genre better than anyone alive. He deserves to be put in the rarified air of names like Ray, Otis, Keith whitley, but if they someone can tough him walking the earth today they aren't trying. John pal you can flat out sing!!!!!

I love John Cowan. I've been a fan of his for years. Though I'm not impressed by this song.

I had the pleasure recently of seeing John and his band in person. We were all totally blown away. His voice soars and fills the entire auditorium. He is just simply brilliant and his band is breathtaking. If you ever have a chance, GO SEE HIM!

I have been a fan of John Cowans and New Grass Revival for years. His voice still sounds great. I was surprised though he had put on a lot of weight.

When I first heard Cowan years ago I did not respect him but he has grown on me and will always be one of my favorites to the end. Tremendous power in that voice.... Great video

Banjo is Noam Pikelny, guitar is Jeff Autry, fiddle is Shad Cobb, not sure on the Mandolin player though.
