  • I WANT THE JUMPING DOG!

Hey look at what my dog can do ...

  • Lmao the jumping dog xD so hyperactive and cute

  • xD The dogs love it! They're like, "COME ON COME ON COME ON! Lets go lets go lets go!" Esp. the Jumping one. xD

  • OMG the black and white dog on the harness that wouldn't stop barking...HE'S FREAKING BEAUTIFUL! I want him :D

  • if i traveled to alaska....and i went looking to buy a husky puppy....how much would it cost there?....any ideas?

  • @Fawaz4321 Sorry I'm late but overall online anywhere from 200 to 700 at most. I'm sorry I don't know how much they would cost down in Alaska but I'm guessing around the same.

  • @Fawaz4321 i lived in alaska the dogs up there are cheap for the reason there every where in alaska XD. but in the US there like a thousand each $600 if you can find someone who will sell that low

  • @death55555555 how cheap r they in alaska? a new-born husky puppy?

  • @Fawaz4321 In Canada they usually go from 350-650. But you can get them for free...

  • @Fawaz4321 I live in Alaska, and we got one of oursfor 550, but the others were a wide range of prices...one was 400 and the other was 600,,,,it all depends on where you go, but yeah a lot of places have them for free....

  • @XGhodiX aha...coz here in kuwait (middle-east) husky's r extremely rare...a 2 month old could cost like 3000 US dollars ;(

  • @Fawaz4321 Oh man! That is REALLY expensive!!! We have 5 and they were all still less than that!

  • Awesome Dogs!

  • that last comment sucked this guy:@yennaismuzikluver

  • these dogs love running!!! if you have ever been around them when they're hooked up and waiting to run you would know

  • making a dog drag ur lazy ass should b animal abuse, fuck u asshole for promoting this bullshit u need to die

  • @wayneakrid Dog sledding is no more a case of animal abuse than horse racing. They are born and bred to do these jobs. If you want a dog that will sit around the house like you want them to, get a toy breed. Otherwise, let the real dogs pull the sleds, lead the blind, and herd the sheep.

  • @AntiTheory pulling the sled for sport is stupid, helping the blind and herding sheep is fine, the running im sure they enjoy but being strapped and forced to pull these fuckers places doesnt sound fun, it sounds and looks cruel, get some fucking skis instead or maybe a snow mobile instead of making ur dogs transport

  • @AntiTheory hey they love puppling!!!!!!!!!!!! when they run they want to pull us!!!!!!!! your retarded! -and i know that all my friends on facebook can see the comment i posted on this other guys comment!!!!

  • @10huskys I'm sorry... what? Could you speak English or try using a spell-checker? I tried to read your comment about 4 times and I'm still unable to decipher it. Though I get the feeling you have me confused with wayneakrid, the person I was responding to.

  • @10huskys i ment they love (pulling) when they run they want to pull us

  • @wayneakrid Lol. The Dogs Love to Run :P

  • @wayneakrid omg u are so stupid!they love what they are doing!they want to pull the sled!

  • lol i saw that dog jump lol

  • Maybe I am out of topic, but I have just found out about Susan Butcher's death.

To all my fellow alaskans I am also sad like you about her death. I am from Spain and I stayed there from 1989 to 1990 in Anchorage AK. I had to do a school homework research about Iditarod and her championships which also made me very interested in this sport and the beauty of Alaska.

Susan we miss you. I am pretty sure you still racing there in the sky.

  • I though Huskies were Siberian and Malamutes were Alaskan? Naturally found I mean?

  • @Talyaxxx see alaskan husky is like a mix of the two

  • Howmuch is a good running Husky? Just interested...

  • @xzaz2 348$-870$.. at least in norway.. i paid 870$ (5000 Norwegian Coins) for my alaskan husky ;)

  • @Laukisen Is that for a youngh Husky or a full grown? Thanks for awnsering :)

  • @xzaz2

sorry for answearing so late, but its for a puppy ;)

  • Hi,

would you be able to tell what breed my Alaskan Husky has in him by looking at him? He's on my page!

    Nice Video!!!!

  • I have an Alaskan Husky on 6 months, It's almost impossible to give her enough exercise. I do urban mushing and mountain Climbing.

  • "Treated like equipment" - ANY one who's seen footage of this race for many years now can see how much these dogs & owners love each other! In fact, mushers like Susan Butcher prove that the more you love them, the better they do. You wanna win? Love the dogs. Irresponsible & inaccurate posts such as the one by EsAgeMusic lead uninformed people to wrong conclusions - and my momma taught me that that is just plain LYING to people. Please get FACTS & don't listen to just anyone spouting rhetoric.

  • Subjected to subzero temps? These dogs have more trouble w/overheating at zero than being too cold! Falling thru ice into frigid water rarely happens & doesn't faze dogs w/a double wool coat too often. They stand in the rain & hardly get wet - as nature designed animals to be able to do. They shake & water flies but their skin's dry. I've bred Great Pyrenees for 30 years. Same thing. They LOVE the cold, & the wet doesn't faze them. We have ice storms & they lay out in it like it's a summer day.

  • EsAgeMusic, you posted just six days ago which was AFTER the 2010 Iditarod - where NO dogs died so your statement that they die "every year" is now inaccurate. Keep up with the times. Dogs are NOT "forced" to run - you cannot MAKE them run if they are done running as at least 1 musher had happen this year. He simply had to wait until they were ready to go again. And when they're ready - you can't STOP them from running. And it's not a "few rest intervals" - there are quite a few actually.

  • @EsAgeMusic dogs were bred to work. working dogs are awesome, get over it. not all dogs were bred to be "family dogs". dogs like the alaskan husky, siberian, malamute all LOVE to run. its just in them to run.

  • @EsAgeMusic I am pretty sure you like to eat pork. do you? and beef do you?

have you ever wonder how people kill porks and cows in the butchery?

That is cruel but we still eat it.

This is a sport and I would love to practice it and visit Alaska once again.

Bullfighting in my country also being attacked by scumbs like u talking about cruelty. Bullfighting is ART and it is tradition.

Dogsled I also see it as a tradition.

Get a life you people just know to annoy.

  • @ustickjoheadupjoculo how dare you compare dogsledding to bullfighting?! Bullfighting is not art, it is utter crap. Might be tradition, so what? It is still cruel and crap. Slavery was tradition as well, so after your logic it would be ok to have some slaves?!

  • @TheB1gEd90 For real, man. Those dogs all looked pretty happy to me! And they're pampered an fed better than a lot of us! Dog racing is totally legit.

  • @TheB1gEd90 You are a cunt

  • @ustickjoheadupjoculo u fking dumb shit at least the dogs love what they are doing, unlike the bulls

  • @yennaismuzikluver shut up you fuckin' cunt in case you dunno bulls have FUCKED with the horniest cows for all their life and in case you don't know unlike the cow meat coming from man threated animals bulls are left in the wild. So shut the fuck up if you don't know. Secondly the bull in the ring do not suffer at all compare to what the cows being through in the buchery. I would like to explain you but I guess you are such a fucking kid

  • @ustickjoheadupjoculo sry i meant to reply to esagemusic but i replied to u instead lol

  • @yennaismuzikluver oh.. haha ok then my reply goes to that guy too lol

  • @EsAgeMusic omfg! stupid!the dogs are cared for perfectly, bred for the cold, and they love pulling the sled

  • @EsAgeMusic they have 6hrs of rest at a time T.T they get more rests at the other checkpts, and sent back to alaska when they are hurt to be cared for properly dumb shit

  • DID YOU SEE THAT DOG JUMP!? 1:00

  • @xFragileTears Air Bud goes to the Iditarod

  • lol warming up? :D 0:58

  • i have a alaskan there markings are diffrent from siberan

  • whats the difference between a alaskan an siberian husky?

  • I think alaskan husky is basically siberian husky mixed with any other fast and lean working dog. Ive noticed malamutes, samoyeds, and siberian huskys all have longer fur and are a little bigger than alaskan huskies.

  • Love All Northern Breeds... I had Alaskan Malamutes and Now I am taking care of My brothers Siberian Husky.. He is so funny and Loves to talk and Run of Course... Love your video ..

  • i have a siberian husky love her

  • i have an alaskan husky

    great dog :)

  • Someone loves the camera at 1:15 cute

  • is there a difference between a Siberian Husky and a Alaskan husky or is it just location?

  • youpube1011. I have a Siberian, former sled dog here in Alaska. The Siberian is a purebread, the Alaska husky is a mix, "Northern bred" dog that has been crossed for many yrs up here with other Northern bred dogs.

  • Nope. it's juz we call it diffrently. no diff.

  • Alaskan husky is a mix of working breeds. This breed was created for speed and mushing. They look and are built differently from Alaskan Husky.

  • yes the siberian husky is a pure siberian. an alaskan husky is siberian and malamute mix

  • I love dogs, too....

watch my vids. tell me what you think of them.....(my dogs)

    thanks :)
