Nobody gets arrested for "being black" AND charged with the crime of "being black". You have to be doing SOMETHING to wind up in PRISON/JAIL. These kids are on their way to becoming the scum of society, and this is their last chance to change their lives. A buddy of mine just went to jail for robbing a CVS at gunpoint. And you know what? I dont feel sorry for him AT ALL! Why? Because if he could to rob a store with a loaded gun, then at some point he must have thought about using it. No pity.

You assholes seem to think this is funny as shit. I did 3 years in prison, this is what they do to kids on a TV show. What they don't show is what happens in a real prison when the pigs spray that pepper spray shit, then come running in and put a 3 piece restraint on you, and punch, kick and stomp you for about 10 minutes, I seen it everyday.

@MEOPEON I was originally charged with attempted murder but I was sent to prison for violating probation. It was over 10 years ago, I was housed on a tier in supermax with at least 3 dudes with death sentences. Prison is a nasty place.

They made a choice to do the wrong things in life, and made the choice to disobey their parents. I know the judicial system is not perfect, but this program is designed to help kids out and I commend them for that. I am poking fun at this kids reaction after him being scared straight (which is the point of the program right?) I am not talking about pepper spray and violence. .

@Rehtenk512 With equal respect, those kids are not necessarily there by choice, and it's also quite possible they are there simply because of the color of their skin. "Skin color" is something else I became acutely aware of in prison also. I'm Caucasian, but at least 90% of the other inmates were not. I suppose this vid may seem funny to someone that hasn't been there. Much worse things happen in prison everyday that are a lot less funny.

@clintonearlwalker I agree with the racial undertones the prison plays into. I am black, and I do understand how the system is against minorities. Many members of my family works within law enforcement. I still think the kids are there by choice, their troubles are well documented within the show. I am not laughing at prison in general, but I am laughing at on specific thing that happen during HIS prison visit. I do not laugh at police brutality, nor do I think its cool to joke about it.

@Rehtenk512 Hey, not a problem, you don't offend at all. I'm 50 years old and I've been there and I know what it is. One 17 year old black kid told me in prison one day how he shot and killed 3 people, he then showed me how he held the pistol sideways and went "pop" "pop" "pop". The legal system in the US is incredibly biased against black people, 90% of inmates are black, you can't tell me 90% of the crimes are committed by black people. It's just my opinion based on what I seen.
