I'm trying to play this but once I get a few turns in my colony ships won't build anymore! I make sure that they all have new fleets and everything but it just doesn't happen.. It's rather frustrating, I don't get it. >=(

Do you have enough material to build them? If not, they will remain in the building list until you have.
