people think its so weired when you go to thrift stores, but you can get cheap clothes there, and even take a pair of scissors to them and make them look how you want, im diffidently going this week!

I get high end things like coach, Luis Vuitton, and Prada from goodwill but like a buck and even if i can then b uy more things ionstead of wasting money on something i could get cheaper.

Lots of people like those older patterns because one of their hopes when they go thrifting is to find something unique that no one has. Anyone can tell a pattern is ugly, but just because it is old or "out-of style" does not mean it's ugly or that you should skip it completely. You won't know until you try it on.

The money Goodwill takes in goes directly back into the community. Do you not wish to support the community that you live in? Do you not want people to get help or job training? I love shopping at Goodwill because I know that I am making a difference. I also give to Goodwill. It just feels right to do this.

I will never ever support Goodwill ever again because they treated me like a piece of garbage over the telphone today. A lady called from the Portland office and said 8 times over and over "There is nothing we can do for you" and there is "nothing anyone in this town can do for you or the unemployed." She gave the same lines as Willow Creek Employment Dept 2 weeks ago. Portland is the most dysfunctional city for people who have lost their jobs in 50 years and no one here cares or gives a damn!!!

just got back from goodwill store and... ann taylor brand new 2010 fall boyfriend jeans originally 4 90 $ i have for 12.99 ann taylor sweatshirts 5.29 each also found ralph lauren balzer 4 $ 7.99 and some front buttoned sweatersof american eagle just 5.29 each my shopping spree cost around 53 bucks . I LOVE GOODWILL store
