@Rangerxlt21 It really depends on how you feel playing the game on PS3. But if you snipe it's 10. Most pro players range from 2-5 sensitivity with other weapons they use. I use 3 or 4. For some reason in 720p settings I use 4. But 1080i, I use 3 but it feels like I'm playing on 4. Sometimes your TV does play a factor as well. Start low number first. If you think it's to slow then go up a number. It's best to do it this way then just randomly pick a number. Hope it helps.
