I know most have moved well beyond CS3 these days, but I'm currently using a Win 7, CS3 machine and this tutorial was exactly what I was looking for. I guess I am missing something, because when I use the move tool to send one image to the other, the image doesn't come with a bounding box for proportion manipulation?
@Ksent I can't remember if CS3 has the "show bounding box" option when you click on the move tool. If it does it may be unchecked as a default. When you click the move tool, there should be an options at the top near the menu. "Show bounding box should be an option." If not, just press ctrl-t and the bounding box with handles will appear. Hold down the shift key and it will keep the picture proportional. When you are done resizing, hit the enter key. I hope that helps.
@c130bulldawg Thanks! That's was it. One would think a layout/design professor would help a student out with the software (at least in the 1st week!) Fortunately I'll be a pro by the end of the course with the help of your vids. Thanks again!
