they're on the ice when it happened, they can see everything that goes on. i'm pretty sure you can't. and dong didn't hit him, he cross-tracked which doesn't even involve contact and that caused apolo to slow down in order not to run into dong sung which caused him not to finish first but he got gold anyways in a FAIR way. cross-tracking can be proved easily which it was and ultimately dong sung got gold taken away from him and it makes me giggle like a little girl.
