    Since Ulthera treatment is not a commodity, it is difficult to answer your question without knowing your treatment parameters. Results vary depending upon the patient, the treating physician, and the treatment parameters. The results may take up to 6 months. If at that time you still don't see improvement between your before and after photos, then I would treat you again (if you are a good candidate for the procedure). Good luck and be well. Dr. Persky

  • I had the treatment done about 4 months ago on my face and neck, and I really don't see the improvement at all. In this case, do I need to get a treatment one more time or maybe that Ulthera isn't working for me?
