Birds of Singapore: Oriental Pied Hornbills (Anthracoceros albirostris) of Pulau Ubin

Just saw one of these bad boys in Pasir Ris park near the kayaking joint. Amazing. So many different animals here.

been to ubin few days ago and saw lots of hornbills there, they usually comes out during 6.30am in the morning and by 8am they are almost all gone x)..its actually much bigger than what it looks like in this vid x) ..i got some vids also but in really low quality x( Dam Phone Camera!

@MayThe5th Great...I think they're doing well at Pulau Ubin. They come as a big flock, enjoy the fruits..and seem to all go off elsewhere together. Never mind if it's low resolution...do share :)

Thanks so much for this. I've sighted hornbills around Bukit Timah, Seletar and Yishun. Magnificent creatures who make a loud distinct noise.
