It is my understanding that Hill never even finished high school, and that he was given a special "FAST TRACK AFFIRMATIVE ACTION RAPID ACTION PROGRAM" to get his Phd. He once said that as a result of his dyslexia he never had to read any college level assignments.As a result of a "STREAMLINED" academic program he was able to finish his studies in 20 months.
