@nickkellie hey man. I really like your phrasing. they are very "boppish". sound like those classic be-bop horn lines. Where did you learn them? Who did you transcribe? I'm looking for some new solos to transcribe and I really like your playing so any tips you've got would be greatly appreciated.

@ledzepplingood hmm good question. Well, I didn't really transcribe anyone (I should do!) but I listened to a lot of Jazz and fusion... I think it just rubs off on you eventually. My advice would be to find the players you like and try and get the Gist of what they are doing... I kind of copy as I listen - just put a track on and try to pick out key phrases... eventually you will get quick at it and recognize key elements more quickly - kind of like learning to speak by imitating your parents

Perhaps... i'd love to see a song with the actual lyrics of "ewo" in them... i just think it sounds so cool to say "ewo" like in this really happy tone.... but hey, none the less this music is good.... i enjoyed listening to it.... you should try some tag lines or some things to help get some views...
