  • I am on my 3rd HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A. I also made a few videos that show lots of other firmware problems with this printer. HP replaced my first printer two times and each time they said the replacement printer they were sending me was tested and will work. Guess what... it doesn't work any better. They informed me there is a firmware problem, but they will not fix it. If you watch my videos you can see all the other problems. Don't trust HP!!!!
