I like their vocalist (Mark Hunter, I believe) because he has more of a throat scream. The difference is that you are able to easily understand their vocals, compared to other bands where you could possibly have to listen more intently. I'd have to say that Chimaira is worthy of being recognized, and sadly they aren't as recognized as they should be.

Some of the singing in the chorus are samples. It's hard for Mark to go straight from screaming to such a melodic chorus; he still sings, but the effected samples make the sound much better.

You noobs... It's neither Lip sinking nor Lip Singing... It's Lip Syncing (short of synchronization)...

And I don't think they're doing it... In every Live DVD, there are fixes in the voices and sound... These are made to make it sound "cleaner", and sometimes screw it up, like in this vid, where vid and sound don't match... The original performance must've rocked...
