It doesn't take much practice to get good at doing simple fast beats, and that's all this song is. It'd tire out a novice drummer but it has absolutely nothing tricky in it.

Amazing, the guitar chart is almost the same for Rockaway Beach but the other way around. In fact, both songs are kind of similar, right down to the chorus. But at least it's a good sound.
