The crime was not that he bought the spray paint.. it was that he used it to paint graffiti on various buildings & business. After the media released the story, someone revealed the names of the ones who did it. When the guy in the clip was picked up for questioning ( along with others) and showed the clip, The guy knew he was caught and admitted to it. This clip was used as evidence for him buying the paint that was used n the crime. (click on more info by date added)
when i get my paint i go to a little hardwarestore and buy like 5 cans ( its like 2$ for krylon and i dont like racin there cuz its a family place and they need to make a living) anywhere im in my early teens so it looks shady
...wow see now this is where people are just looking to take someone and arrest them just because they buy something or look a certain way leave us alone...he bought paint...big deal maybe he does arts and crafts...
