@jaysonleow I do not see any cocoa powder on the video that would show me example of contrast and definition. If you one of those who actually was present there during the extraction that would make a difference but never try to use offensive language to other people's opinion.
@mecamind I am judging based on the color of espresso on the video. I did not see the viscosity of warm honey that results to exhibit a thick dark golden crema. So, please do not tell me that I was spouting some negativity. That was just my opinion and everybody entitled to have their own opinion. Thanks
@Mikele33 How would you know? They did not show any extraction in this video, personally I see a well de-gased shot, with good color and possibly flicker/tiger stripes. Dont spout negativity at people when its clear they are competent.

There was ovbiously cocoa/drinking chocolate on top of that shot, you can even see little lumps of it when he's pouring. Personally i think your a pretentious, self trained coffee enthusiast. We have people like you come into work all the time. We even had a guy come in and complain about his "crema being burnt".... He ordered a mochaccino and agiato( scoop of icecream with an espresso)......
