Pretty darn good for a full size .40 caliber pistol. By the way a Glock 22 (some of you) is a model 22 not a .22 caliber. It is a 40 caliber. Listen to the video and you can hear those bigger rounds going down range.

@yamagoof glock 22 does not have a low recoil. the 9mm are nice, but it took me a little while to tame the .40. any time you have a very lightweight gun firing a large projectile you're going to get some nasty recoil.
