@horo30 basically it encouraged you to use his other tools besides D. Even nerfed B ice car can be better than CT status depending on meter and how good you are with canceling. Watch any of Tetsu's vids. I suppose its a moot point though. In CS2 Jin and Tager are supposedly top tier so everyone who abandoned him will flock back to him.

@horo30 No. I main Jin and I know ice waggle was stupid and needed to go. Blue beat combos off of random hits is unfair to the whole cast and Litchi has a similar problem now. His only bad move now is 5D. 2nd hit from 623D? 4.3k+ damage easy. 6a>623B? 3.3k+. 2C(FC)>6C? 4.5k+ damage minimum in the hands of a good player.

@freckleburger I actually prefer nerfed Jin. Sure his freeze time is a lot tighter and his 5D is worthless IMO, the rest of his changes inspires much more creativity than spamming blackbeat combos over and over again.

The whole point of jin is to get half easy ass combos for no reason due to ice.

The moment they killed D, is the moment they killed jin.

I aint got nothing agaisnt it tho, because hes supposed to be mastering yukianesa story wise right now, so HOPEFUL FUCKINGLY he gets it back in BB3.

I dont see anyone else losing their mechanics due to a bunch of people crying like little girls over shaking a stick a few times.

A = light attack (square on default)

B = medium attack (triangle)

C = heavy attack (circle)

D = drive (X)

The numbers refer to directions. Look at the numberpad on your keyboard for guidance. 2 is down, 6 is forward, 4 is back. So if you want ice car the notation for quarter circle back + C is 214C.

I can't seem to do his air combos, whenever I hit my enemy with neutral C they air roll before I hit them with air B am I doing it wrong or the combo just have this opening?

I just kept turning for about 5 rotations. By the time I landed, I hit the button and activated the Astral Finish. Hope that helps a bit.

To do 720s, learn to buffer. For example, you can use a move with slow recovery such as 5D. Or you can double jump and that should buffer well. Jin's Astral isn't very good anyway, as it requires the enemy to be on the ground while you start the Astral.

720s are more useful when playing as Tager, as his Genesic Emerald Tager Buster requires it, and it is a Distortion, not Astral.

or someone that knows how to press buttons in order. Also, the combos are really old , and dont end in your favor. like all the ones with jump b, c, double jump b, c. it should end with just b c, double jump c b ice car. This will end with them being knocked down near you so you can keep momentum.Also, you dont need to know anything for the rolling aside from neutral b. It hits every roll, and ends in advantage and combos into everything. so you can just spam it when they are down.

lol yea i play on hell mode too but i must say that my battle record online isnt that bad at all which means i hav more wins than loses and the only way to train my self is to keep fighting unlimited ragna on hell mode just to keep my skills on lock.

that will only teach you how to beat an overpowered computer that predicts your moves before you do them, so you can't accutally think when you play one. Advice, find a friend that also likes this game and play with him. A lot. and go to dustloop. then have a bunch of guys figure everything good that your character can use before the game came out on consoles.
