I had positional vertigo for 23 years, if the web was existed in my country, I havent suffer what I have suffer for years, thanks for even show this video for doctors of costa rica, hope they learn how to help´´´´´´´´ yhank you GOD bless you all.
I provided testing for Vertebral Artery impingement supine with extension/sidebend/rotation of same side looking for Nystagmus also as a positive sign. Is there a way that you can differentiate between vertebral artery and BPPV when having the client supine with the extension and sidebend/rotation. Do you agree with the Vetebral Artery test being done this way?

@jazzician I also use this maneuver without neck extension, to rule out VA impingement.
