Mariusz Pudzianowski seemed to be able to move okay even though he looks more pumped then any mma fighter ever to live.
I don't know where you guys get that Kongo is a small heavy weight. Kongo is about 1% fat has an 82 " reach is 6'4 and 240 ibs. Kongos physically could match up even with lesnar in my opinion, but it is his ground skill/ and reactions/adaptibility that takes him out of the running. Weight is not everything.
Um no, he easily is a legit HW, he can't go down to LHW, he was actually bigger then Frank Mir, until Frank started packing on all of the muscle he did.

well i only try to gain weight by goin to the gym..so it would probably be mostly muscle. and when i gained that weight..i was just starting back lifting. if you've done that..you know you see alot of results in the first week..then the gains slow down alot. but i do know my brother took pills..which were some type of steroids..within about 3months he looked like a completely different person. but ofcourse mir loses fat just in training so. he may have gained a little more muscle than they say.

I guess that COULD happen, but I doubt. I've watch most of Fedor's and Mir's fights and neither of them give up thier backs.
Fedor was mounted by Arona and Hunt and didn't give his back and Mir was G&P by Brock, Cruz, and Vera and never gave his back.
But I agree. Fedor, in my opinion, is the greatest fighter ever.

i disagree with what george said regarding frank mir talking trash, you have to understand that its all part of a strategy for him, and it obviously played a role in fighting someone like kongo, if you watched the pre fight interviews, you could see how pissed kongo was getting...

He got a new strength trainingcoach and lifted 2 ties as much he did before. Plus it wasn't that quick he had 9 months to train dude.

i can lose 5 pounds in a week fairly easily. the most i've gained in a week is about 6-7 pounds. mir is far from impressive.

well i only try to gain weight by goin to the gym..so it would probably be mostly muscle. and when i gained that weight..i was just starting back lifting. if you've done that..you know you see alot of results in the first week..then the gains slow down alot. but i do know my brother took pills..which were some type of steroids..within about 3months he looked like a completely different person. but ofcourse mir loses fat just in training so. he may have gained a little more muscle than they say.
