    Glad you liked the video. We are in the process of uploading on UTube several more videos. I don't know if we have video of what you ask. We make DVDs of our trainings and are hunting through them for good, short videos to show the method to the public and others.

  • Hi, I am Noguchi, a feldenkrais practitioner in Japan and thanks for clearly explainng how to lift a head in different ways on his back.

    Why don't you upload how to lift a head on the side lying position, or even better doing pecking movement on the side, please?
