Where's the progress updates! I've been rigorously doing the Wii Fit now for about 12 days and have already lost 5 lbs ^_^

In fact, I just broke into the "normal" weight category! Win!

nice, im using it to build more mslce or tone myself a bit, im already healthy weight though:D. the aerobics are equivalent to walk according to one review though, since it's a gmae though it interests you more.

yours for a bargin, so now ive unlocked the yoga and muscle training which are more sutible to use a yoga mat so yeh im very happy with the wii fit and all its mini games :) the only game i carnt unlock which is annoying me so much is the final running game where you can run by your self without following a stupid man or dog :D anyway great video and i think ill go and do some more yoga ;)

you could easily do it without the mat, it's just if you do any of the floor exercises you'd want to make sure the carpet you're laying on is comfortable, which is why I use the mat instead.

Yes Wii-Fit is excellent. It has actually helped me lose 10 pounds since I got it about 3 weeks ago. It was very hard to find one however. We also had to get up early just to get in line to get one. They were sold out by 9:00. I wish I would have pre-ordered it. Anyways it is excellent.

I think this is actually something worth buying. . Before the wii fitness came out, they had it studied. A man [[adult]] had lost 9 pounds in 6 weeks, without changing his diet.. just doing this. . So imagin.Doing this, & changing your diet. Reckon a good, 13 - 14 pounds would be lossed. I dunno. Im going to order it if it's avaliable anywhere and see how it turns out. I mean, I have the entire summer. . And it looks worth trying.

I got mine friday, and I really like it. The only major complaint I have is that you have to unlock a lot of the good exercises. Also, I didn't like the step class part, cuz it's too slow. I didn't feel anything after doing it.

I finally unlocked the boxing exercise, which blows the step class away, but the best calorie burner is the running. After unlocking "free run" that's all I will use on the running part. IMO, they shouldn't lock it to begin with.

All in all, I'm happy with it.

BEST IDEA EVER FOR A NINTENDO GAME! Hope to see more clever ideas from the Big N! I reckon some nice skateboarding or surfing or skiing games like Tony Hawk or Wii Ski would be amazing with the Wii Balance Board!

how does it work on the carpet? I know if you put a real scale on a carpet, the weight is off the chart. Does the Wii Board have the same problem because my entertainment system is on a finished carpet.

The balance board comes with a set of carpet extenders that you attach to the four feet of the board that make it taller for those using it on carpet. The rug in my living room is pretty shaggy so I put on the extenders and it works great. Everything's very accurate.

My work computer doesn't have sound, so I'll have to wait till I get home to listen to this. Question. In the running game, does you guy move faster if you run faster? I ask cuz I know you aren't using the foot pad for the running part.

Yes, the guy on the screen moves as fast as you move. Instead of using the balance board, you put the Wii remote in your pocket and the Wii console can sense the pace at which you're running in place. You speed up or slow down, the person on screen speeds up or slows down. Pretty cool!
